Protecting the proprietary methodology and the anonymity of the Inner Circle.
By accepting a seat in any DeutschWala batch or accessing The Vault, you are entering into a binding agreement of confidentiality. Our highly accelerated fluency rates are a direct result of our unique, anxiety-free environment. To maintain this, the following rules are non-negotiable.
01. The Zero-Recording Mandate
Live sessions are raw, intense, and heavily conversational. To protect the psychological safety of all students, any form of screen recording, audio capturing, or unauthorized transcription of the live sessions is strictly prohibited. What happens in the batch, stays in the batch.
02. Protection of The Vault
The interactive audio simulators, kinetic flashcards, and daily vocabulary drops provided in The Vault are the exclusive intellectual property of DeutschWala. Sharing login credentials, downloading assets, or distributing these materials to non-members is a direct violation of this pact.
03. The Anonymity Clause
DeutschWala operates on a camera-off, alias-friendly protocol. You are expressly forbidden from attempting to uncover the real identities, social media profiles, or personal locations of your fellow batch members or the instructor.
Violation of any clause within these Terms of Secrecy will result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the program, with no refunds granted.
